Spread salami is a typical product of the Marche countryside tradition and offers extremely particular tastes. It is obtained from a mixture of various cuts of meat (wisely chosen from those of the pig's belly) and aged for just one week. Its softness makes it possible to use it also spread on bread for canapés or croutons.
